Sun&Sardinia is a modern, lovely and comfortable guesthouse with B&B treatment, located in Monserrato, just 10minutes drive to Cagliari city centre.
We boast three very large, comfortable and bright rooms on the first and second floor of a semi-detached house, featuring a luggage-lift and a lovely green courtyard with a gazebo, tables and chairs. Each room has his en-suite bathroom, a lovely balcony and all mod cons. Private access to each room guarantees a high standard of privacy.
Breakfast room is in the common area, set on the ground floor, with a view of the garden.
Private parking for bikes and motorcycles and plenty of free parking slots right in front of the entrance gate. Our main goal is a perfect blend of accuracy, hospitality and privacy.
We guarantee the service and comforts of a modern hotel, though in the welcoming atmosphere of a house and with the prices of a B&B.

GARDEN
Sun&Sardinia boasts a lovely and green courtyard with plenty of cactuses and succulent exotic plants. It also features two gazebos, a table with chairs and deck chairs to help you enjoy relaxing moments in the open air.
PRIVATE PARKING
It is possible to park bikes or motorbikes in the courtyard or in the private garage. Plenty of free parking for cars is also available in the street, right in front of the entrance.
